Do I need council approval to remove a tree in Cairns?
Often not on private land, but some properties sit under vegetation, hillslope or landscape overlays, and some trees are protected by development conditions. We can help you check, and provide an arborist report if council needs one.
Can you remove trees near power lines or buildings?
Yes. Tight-access removals over roofs, pools and fences are everyday work for us. Where trees are within the clearance zone of live lines, we coordinate with Ergon for safe isolation.
Do you offer stump grinding after removal?
Yes, and it is cheapest to book it with the removal. We grind below ground level so you can turf, plant or pave over it.
Are your arborists qualified and insured?
Yes. Our team is fully qualified and we carry full public liability insurance.

Our process
- Assessment
A qualified arborist inspects the tree's health, structure and surroundings, then talks you through options and a clear quote.
- Controlled removal
Our climbers and rigging gear lower the tree in manageable sections, with a crane or EWP where access calls for it.
- Stump grinding
If you want it gone completely, we grind the stump below ground level for a clean finish.
- Clean-up
Green waste is chipped and removed, and we rake and blow the site before we leave.
