James Wilde has spent 19+ years climbing, rigging and caring for trees. He started Coral Coast Tree Care to offer Cairns locals the kind of tree service he would want for his own home: dependable work, honest advice and real customer service.
James is the face you meet when you request a quote and the same bloke who will be up the tree doing the work. Natalie looks after administration and accounts, so when you call the office you get a friendly local voice, not a call centre.
We are proud to be a small, local business. Our kids go to school here, we shop here and we swim at the same beaches you do.
Tropical trees play by different rules
Fast growth, heavy wet seasons, saturated soils and cyclones make tree care in Far North Queensland demanding. Our experience with local species and conditions means we manage trees safely, protect your property and keep healthy trees strong.

Highly recommend James and his team at Coral Coast Tree Care doing an amazing job pruning my huge river cherry tree. From the first consult and throughout the job, James checked in with me that I was happy with the work. His team had to rappel up the big tree to get to the big branches. Nothing was broken and everything landed exactly where it was meant to. From start to finish it was easy, his team were friendly, and the cleanup was done with pride.
I highly recommend James and Natalie. James was really quick to come out and quote and when the work was done it was exactly what I asked for and what he quoted on. He was professional, timely, warm, kind and really respectful of my home and garden. He and his crew also went the extra mile to clean up after the works.
James and his crew did a fantastic job. They are truly professional in doing their job with total care. I can see that they are a great team who looks out for each other's safety. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their tree cut down.
Communication with us was excellent. Arrived on time, very efficient in planning tree lopping and carrying out as planned. Removal of debris and mulching was quickly and efficiently carried out. Very happy to recommend James and team. A pleasure to work with.
I couldn't be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was awesome with care and attention to detail. What really stood out was how fast and efficient the removal was. They got the job done quickly without any mess or disruption to my property.
Fantastic service from the quote to the cleaning up of the cut trees. I called Coral Coast Tree Care from a referral and they surely did not disappoint. Highly recommended.
James and his crew were knowledgeable, safe and efficient from start to finish. A truly excellent experience.
